Terms for Winners Bet Winners Membership Agreement
About Our Betting Advice.
As a paying member you will be sent our daily betting advice (on the days when we have racing selections to give you) and will continue to do so until you cancel your subscription.
Winners Bet Winners will deliver by text message the advice and aims to do so by 1pm on the day when there are selections to give.
Winners Bet Winners cannot be held responsible for any loss incurred should you wish to use the advice for financial gain. Past Results Do Not necessarily equate to future results. On this understanding please only ever gamble with money that you can both afford to risk and afford to lose.
All racing selections provided by Winners Bet Winners are privileged information and anyone suspected of passing them on, or relaying them, will have their membership terminated and face possible legal action.

All racing selections will be sent via text message to the subscriber's mobile telephone. For members outside the UK, the selections will be sent via email.

Winning Days v Losing Days
We sincerely hope you enjoy your membership, but we must point out that whilst there will be winning days we will inevitably experience losing days. Losing days are not fun, we totally agree, but we hope that you give Winners Bet Winners a fair trial and enjoy the Winners Bet Winners experience.

Membership
Membership becomes active following acceptance of these terms and receipt of the joining fee and provides the user with immediate access to our racing selections service.
Membership fees are renewable monthly to maintain an active membership.
Failure to pay any on-going membership fees will render the Membership inactive and pending cancellation, and the business reserves the right to suspend all membership services and benefits until outstanding payments are received.
The user must pay any outstanding payment to re-activate/maintain the membership.

Refund Policy
While the user has the right, at anytime, to stop using their Winners Bet Winners membership and allow their membership to lapse through non-payment of renewable fees, any subscriptions or membership fees already paid are non-refundable.
Please note - You can cancel your subscription at anytime but please be aware that cancellation of your subscription will immediately terminate access to the daily betting advice and as we have a no refund policy on monies paid you may as well give your Winners Bet Winners subscription a fair chance during your first month. Even if this means paper trading to start with to see if this as a subscription to suit your requirements.

Affiliate Membership and Commission Payouts
The commission plan is open to all Affiliate Members. To be an affiliate you must complete the affiliate registration form found on our website.
There are no minimum commission payouts or guaranteed income. All commission payouts are determined by the volume of sales revenue and profits generated in the relevant period.
The Company reserves the right to amend the Commission Plan at any time in accordance with the terms of the Membership Agreement.

Affiliate Member Status
Independent Contractor Status
The agreement you have with Winners Bet Winners does not create an employer/employee relationship, partnership or joint venture. You are responsible for paying your own income tax, setting your own goals, hours and methods of sales.

Income Tax
All persons must comply with the Income Tax laws. The income which you earn from your activities as a Winners Bet Winners Affiliate Member may be subject to income tax and you should take the necessary action to ensure that, if so, your Winners Bet Winners income is included in your next tax return.
* Under income tax laws you are entitled to deduct from your income certain expenses related to your business so you should ensure that you keep proper records of your expenditure. You should obtain a receipt for all deductible expenses and carefully file them, since they may be required to support your claims for expenses incurred.
If you are in any doubt about your income tax liability you should seek professional advice.
